Ingredients for 4 people:
• 4 slices PanPiuma durum wheat
• 200 g ricotta cheese
• basil
• 80 g Parmesan
• tomato passata
• salt
• olive oil


Recipe preparation:
Put in a bowl the ricotta, Parmesan, basil and salt. Use a tablespoon to create a
well blended and compact mixture. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin to make it easier
to roll and with make the cannellone with the aid of an aluminium tube (Fig. 3). Cook
in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°. Once removed from the oven, garnish with the ricotta
mixture and serve.
