While many rely on recipes, and complex additives hidden, we chose the most simple and it is for this that is more courageous. Flour selected, pure water, extra-virgin olive oil, natural yeast of beer, sea salt and malted grain flour: nothing more, nothing less. And for versions of semolina and integral, we add only what you need: durum wheat semolina and bran, for a rich taste and authentic.
