
Ingredients
Pan Feather integral;
Stringy cheese;
Cooked ham;
3 eggs;
cherry Tomatoes;
Breadcrumbs;
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
you have between two slices of Pan’s Feather, the cheese, the ham and a few cherry tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Then put them in the egg (already salty, peppery and loaded with Parmesan cheese) and place on a greased baking sheet. Pour a little oil over the toast!
Bake in the oven for around 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
