Ingredients for 4 people:
• 6 slices PanPiuma kamut
• Parmesan
• Mozzarella 125 g
• salt
• flour
• breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• aromatic herbs
Recipe preparation:
Cut the bread and the mozzarella into cubes. Put everything into a bowl with
2 eggs (Fig. 2). Mix it all together and create little balls. Dip them in the breadcrumbs and
flour. Once ready, fry them until the preferred shade of brown is reached.
