Ingredients for 3 people:
• 3 slices PanPiuma soft wheat
• 60 g sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 40 g cornflour
• 400 g milk
• lemon peel
• icing sugar
Prepare the cream: whip the eggs and cornflour with the sugar and lemon peel. In
a saucepan, bring to the boil the milk and pour it into the other ingredients. Continue
to stir with a whisk over a low heat until the cream thickens. Now prepare the cannoli by
rolling out the slices of PanPiuma with a rolling pin and rolling them up on an aluminium
tube. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes at 180° and garnish with the aid of a piping bag.
Garnish with strawberries and icing sugar.
