Bread and mortadella salad

Ingredients for 1 person:

• 4 slices PanPiuma kamut
• 60 g leek
• 3 slices bacon
• 60 g courgettes
• 1 egg
• courgette flowers
• basil
• fresh tomato


Recipe preparation:
Cut into strips the leek, bacon, courgettes and courgette flowers then mix them together
in a pan. Saute’ over a low heat for a few minutes. Take a tart case and line it with the slice
of PanPiuma making sure that the bread adheres well to the case. Add together the
sautéed vegetables, egg, basil and fresh tomato in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the contents into the cases and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 170°.
