Ingredients for 4 people:
• 4 slices PanPiuma spelt
• 200 g rice flour
• 20 g durum wheat flour
• very cold fizzy water
• mixed herbs
Recipe preparation:
Cut the PanPiuma into fingers (Fig. 2), prepare in a bowl the mixture for the batter
comprised of water, flour and herbs. Blend it all together and dip the bread fingers into
the mixture. Fry until the preferred shade of brown is reached.
