Ingredients for 6 people:
• 4 slices PanPiuma rolling soft wheat
• 50 g caster sugar
• 4 ripe peaches
Line a baking sheet with a low edge with PanPiuma. Cut the peaches into segments
and spread them out over the bread. Sprinkle everything with sugar. Use the leftover
edges to create the top decorations for the tart. Cook in a fan oven for 20 minutes at 180°.
