Ingredients for 4 people:
• 4 slices PanPiumino
• 4 slices PanPiuma spelt
• jam
• chocolate spread

Recipe preparation:
Use a rolling pin to roll out the slices of bread. Using two round pastry cutters, make 4
complete circles on the spelt bread and the same number of rings on the PanPiumino
(Fig. 3). Spread your preferred garnish on the bottom circle. Having done that, close with
the top part (Fig. 4).
