

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 rollable soft wheat rolls
⢠50 g granulated sugar
⢠4 ripe peaches
Preparation
Line a low-edged cake pan with panpiuma. Cut the peaches into wedges
and arrange them in a circle on top of the bread. Sprinkle everything with sugar. Use the extra
bread edges to create the upper decoration of the cake. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C in a
fan oven.
