

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices of PanPiuma kamut bread
⢠60 g leek
⢠3 slices of pancetta
⢠60 g zucchini
⢠1 egg
⢠Zucchini flowers
⢠Basil
⢠Fresh tomato
Preparation
Cut the leek, bacon, zucchini, and squash flowers into strips and combine in a pot.
SautƩ over low heat for a few minutes. Take a baking mold and line it
with the slice of PanPiuma, making sure the bread adheres well to the mold. Combine the sautéed vegetables with the egg, basil, and fresh tomato in a bowl and mix. Pour the contents into the molds and bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
