

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices Panpiuma flakes, cereal
⢠2 egg yolks
⢠Mascarpone 200 g
⢠Sugar 70 g
⢠Cocoa powder 40 g
⢠2 espresso coffees
Preparation
Whip the mascarpone with sugar and 2 egg yolks. Cut a slice of PanPiuma to your preferred diameterā6 to 8 cm is recommended. Dip the bread cylinder into the coffee (fig. 3) and top with the cream you just prepared. Proceed with as many layers as you wish. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to finish.
