

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices PanPiuma durum wheat
⢠Ricotta cheese 150 gr
⢠Salt
⢠Pepper
⢠Bell peppers 80 gr
⢠Zucchini 80 gr
⢠Cabbage 80 gr
⢠Parmigiano 60 gr
Preparation
Cook the vegetables, starting with the bell peppers, then the cabbage, and finally the zucchini. Once cooked, place everything in a bowl and mix with the ricotta and Parmigiano to create a filling (fig. 3). Take the slices of PanPiuma and, with a rolling pin, flatten them to make them thinner and easier to roll. Spread the filling on the slices and roll them up. Once you have made the rolls, place them on a baking tray and cook at 170°C for 10 minutes.
