

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices of PanPiumino
⢠4 slices of PanPiuma spelt
⢠Jam
⢠Spreadable chocolate
Preparation
Using a rolling pin, roll out the slices of bread. Using two circular molds, make 4 complete circles on the spelt bread and the same number of holes on the PanPiumino (Fig.
3). Spread the topping on the bottom circle, as desired. Once done, close
with the top part (Fig. 4).
