

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices PanPiuma wheat
⢠Ice cream of your choice
⢠Dark chocolate
Preparation
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin to make it more moldable.
Line a mold or a hemispherical bowl with the bread slices and fill the container thus obtained with the ice cream of your choice.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie for 7/8 minutes.
At this point, carefully flip the mold. Spread the melted chocolate over the zuccotto with a spoon.
