

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices PanPiuma durum wheat
⢠Ricotta 200 g
⢠Basil
⢠Parmesan 80 g
⢠Tomato purée
⢠Salt
⢠Olive oil
Preparation
Put in a bowl the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, basil and salt. With a spoon, create a
well-mixed and compact mixture. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin to make it
rollable and, using an aluminum tube, shape it into a cannellone (Fig. 3). Bake for
5 minutes at 180°C. Once out of the oven, fill with the ricotta mixture and serve.
