

Ingredients for 1 person:
• 4 slices Panpiuma wheat
• Spreadable cheese
• Stracciatella cheese
• Guanciale (Italian cured pork cheek)
• Salami
Preparation
To prepare Canapés, use pastry rings to create bread cylinders. Garnish the lower part
with a spreadable cheese mousse using a piping bag (fig.2).
Decorate the top as desired with the chosen ingredients, making each canapé different.
