
Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠3 slices PanPiuma soft wheat flour
⢠Sugar 60 gr
⢠Eggs 2 egg yolks
⢠Cornstarch 40 grams
⢠Milk (400 g)
⢠lemon
⢠Strawberry
⢠Sugar
Preparation
Prepare the cream: whisk eggs and cornstarch with the sugar and the lemon peel. In a
saucepan, bring the milk to a boil and pour it together with the other compounds. Continue to
stir with the whisk on a slow heat until the cream thickens. Now
prepare the cannoli and spread the slices of PanPiuma with the rolling pin and arrotolandole in
aluminum tube. Bake for 5 minutes at 180°, and garnish with the use of the saccapoche.
Garnish with strawberries and powdered sugar
