

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠3 slices PanPiuma wheat
⢠2 apples
⢠Ground cinnamon
⢠1 knob of butter
⢠Grated lemon
⢠Sugar to taste
Preparation
Put the apple cut into slices with the butter, sugar, grated lemon peel and cinnamon in a pan.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the apple is cooked and amber.
Roll out the PanPiuma slices with a rolling pin and place the mixture in the center of each slice (Fig.3).
Roll up and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Serve by dividing each roll into two parts and garnish with icing sugar.
