

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠3 slices PanPiuma spelt
⢠2 eggs
⢠70 g milk
⢠A knob of butter
⢠Pinch of salt
Preparation
In a bowl combine the milk, eggs, and salt. Mix until smooth and uniform. Soak the slices of bread in the mixture (fig.3). Once all slices are soaked on both sides, melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Take the bread slices and cook in the pan for 3 minutes over medium heat. Serve garnished to taste with jam, chocolate spread, or powdered sugar.
