

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices PanPiuma durum wheat
⢠Tomato sauce
⢠Mozzarella 150 g
⢠Basil leaves
⢠Fresh cherry tomatoes
⢠Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
⢠Salt, to taste
Preparation
Use a pastry-cutter to create circles, the size is up to you. Once you have cut out the bread circles, spread tomato sauce on each one, add diced mozzarella and cherry tomatoes previously cut in half. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some salt before baking. Bake at 180°C for about 5 minutes.
