⢠2 egg yolks
⢠Sugar 80 g
⢠Cornstarch 60 g
⢠Milk 400 g

Preparation
Prepare the cream: whisk eggs and cornstarch with the sugar and lemon peel. In a small pot bring the milk to a boil and pour together with the other ingredients. Continue stirring with the whisk over low heat until the cream has thickened.
Using a piping bag, begin to garnish the layers by putting a layer of cream and alternating strawberries and raspberries on each one. At the fourth layer, decorate with icing sugar and serve.
