

Ingredients for 1 person:
⢠4 slices of PanPiuma spelt
⢠200 g rice flour
⢠20 g durum wheat flour
⢠Very cold sparkling water
⢠Mixed herbs
Preparation
Cut the PanPiuma sticks (Fig. 2), prepare a bowl of the mixture to the
breading mixture made of water, flour, and herbs. Mix and dip the bread sticks
into the mixture. Fry until golden brown.
