Creating in the kitchen with PanPiuma
Preparation
Prepare three separate containers with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Take the first
slice and dip one side first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Place the slice down and, on the untreated side, place a portion of mozzarella. Take
a second slice and repeat the process, placing it on top of the first. Press
the edges well so that the egg acts as a glue. Once done, fry in hot oil
until golden brown.
